Tero Sade will be coming to Northern Virginia on Monday, September 3. Yes, I know that it is Labor Day on September 3, but those crazy people from Down Under don’t know our holidays. :) Tero will be presenting a one-day seminar on Portrait Marketing. While I was hanging out with Jerry Ghionis, I asked him about Tero and he said that I will get a lot out of his seminar.

Last Wednesday, Zack Arias was in town for the One Light Workshop. This is a seriously intense workshop and I highly recommend it for anyone seriously into photography! Okay, I just said “seriously” twice in the same sentence, am I allowed to do that?

Oh, BTW, thank you to Pleasant Valley UMC for allowing us to use their beautiful building and property!

Last week I was a little busy. I hosted Joe Buissink for a one-day seminar and now I am busy getting ready for the next two seminars! I am hosting Zack Arias (he’ll be staying at my house, I better start cleaning!) for the One Light Workshop and then Robin Pesa will be coming down from Pittsburgh for her business workshop. One Light is Sold Out, but there is still room available for Robin’s workshop.
On Saturday, I did my first newborn session (pictures will be available next week) and then a friend, Don Harper from The Edge Photography Studio called me to help with a wedding in Maryland. So, I’ve been running around. 
I’ll be doing some more shooting in May and I am still looking for someone to trash their dress. So, please let me know if you are interested.

Zack Arias will be bringing his One Light Workshop to Northern Virginia! Zack will be in Chantilly, VA for a mixer on Tuesday, May 8 and then will present One Light on Wednesday, May 9.
